As per the latest update, the issue is still ongoing. The telematics data is currently in the restoration phase. Once the restoration phase is complete, the next phase will be recovery, followed by going live. We will keep you updated with any new developments as soon as they become available.

We have been informed that the ELD provider "Microlise", is currently experiencing an outage with their API and are not functioning as expected. We have already contacted them, and they are prioritizing the resolution of the issue.
